A Palestinian boy drinks water from a barrel near a house destroyed during Israel's latest offensive in Gaza, in Rafah, southern Gaza Strip, Wednesday, July 1, 2009. Thousands of Gazans who lost their homes in Israel's offensive are building houses using mud bricks as Israel refuses to allow raw materials into blockaded strip. Israel and neighboring Egypt have kept Gaza under blockade since the militant Hamas seized power in Gaza in June 2007.
